Section Manager - Last Mile Own Fleet

Manage own fleet strategy to reduce transportation cost compared to using subcontractors.

Lead to reduce turnover rate to make operation more stable.

Plan, recruit, train, expand and/or enhance the own fleet and individual driver.

Schedule regular maintenance on all vehicles, licensure and registration up to date.

Establish efficient routes and transportation schedules.

Coordinate with drivers and on-site store staff when scheduling employees.

Provide reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress.

Develop methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency.
