Responsibilities
Consolidate, amend and edit weekly booking order from stores in drive share.
Upload pre-allocation PO (stock Up item and directed Imported).
Send purchase order to local importer (stock up item).
Upload pre-allocation PO (stock Up item and local Importer).
Upload emergency order cross dock.
Send emergency order acknowledge to local supplier (via call, email, Line and etc.).
Upload emergency order stock up.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Food science, Food technology or related field
Computer skills: proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel, VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions
Fresh graduates are welcome
