Admin Support - Commercial Fresh Food (6 months Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate, amend and edit weekly booking order from stores in drive share.

  • Upload pre-allocation PO (stock Up item and directed Imported).

  • Send purchase order to local importer (stock up item).

  • Upload pre-allocation PO (stock Up item and local Importer).

  • Upload emergency order cross dock.

  • Send emergency order acknowledge to local supplier (via call, email, Line and etc.).

  • Upload emergency order stock up.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Food science, Food technology or related field

  • Computer skills: proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel, VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
